In order to strengthen the company's position in the market, we are looking for a person for the position:
IT Support Specialist
Key responsibilities:
- First line of user support (Ticket handling);
- Configuration of workstations;
- Diagnosing and solving technical problems with devices, both hardware, network and software-related;
- Configuration of end devices, printers, scanners, mobile devices, etc.;
- ACL-based access management;
- Inventory of IT equipment;
- Creating a knowledge base / instruction for users;
- Support internal department in their applications;
- Additionally knowledge in Azure.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of the configuration and maintenance of laptops, desktop computers, mobile phones;
- Knowledge of Active Directory - user and group support;
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 solutions;
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN networks;
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of English at a minimum level of B1 - a necessary condition;
- A valid driving license category B;
- Commitment, responsibility and availability.
